1. Check in time: 14:00 pm (Charge for early check-in @ 50% of room rate)

2. Check out time: 12:00 noon (charge for late check out: before 6pm @ 50% of room rate, after 2pm @ charge full price)

3. 24 hours’ reservation service

4. Extra mattress @ RM30 nett per night

5. Price shown include breakfast. For additional breakfast request: Adult = RM30; Child = RM8

6. Refundable safety deposit RM200 is required upon check-in

7. Cancellation Policy:

• Free Cancellation (Full Refund): 7 days BEFORE check-in date

• First Night Penalty: 'No Show' or cancellation made within 7 days BEFORE check-in date.
